ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. In the event of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing or shipment may be delayed slightly. In such cases, customers will be notified accordingly.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Pathak Watch House currently ships orders across India. For remote or non-serviceable pin codes, delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner availability and regional serviceability.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes between 3–7 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, logistical constraints, or regional restrictions.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be applied automatically at checkout in accordance with the applicable terms of the promotion.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You may track your shipment using the provided tracking details on the courier partner’s website.

PACKAGING AND SAFETY

All watches are securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Pathak Watch House conducts quality checks on all products prior to dispatch to ensure they meet our standards.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply. Any visible damage to the package must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery and also communicated to our support team without delay.

DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Pathak Watch House is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural circumstances, or events beyond our control. In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and assist with resolution in accordance with the courier’s investigation and claims process.
