At Pathak Watch House, we deal exclusively in genuine, branded timepieces. Due to the nature of these products, we maintain a strict quality and inspection process. We request all customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases made from Pathak Watch House are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges, except in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is physically damaged, manufacturing defective, or supplied with incorrect or missing accessories, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To raise a request, customers are required to provide the order number and order date, clear photos and/or videos showing the defect or damage, a brief description of the issue, and an unboxing video clearly showing the package opening. The unboxing video is mandatory for missing or damaged product claims. Requests raised beyond the stipulated time period or without adequate supporting evidence may not be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the product must be unused, unworn, and in original mint condition. All original packaging, including the box, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice, must be intact. Barcode tags must not be removed or tampered with, and the watch must not have been resized, altered, or serviced by any third party. Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in rejection of the claim.
RESOLUTION PROCESS
Once a claim has been verified and approved, Pathak Watch House may offer a replacement with the same model, subject to availability, or a refund to the original mode of payment. Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 working days after the returned product is received, inspected, and passes quality control. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or cheque. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
RETURN PICKUP AND SHIPPING
All return requests must be approved before the product is sent back. Reverse pickup may be arranged at our discretion. If a customer ships a product without prior approval, Pathak Watch House will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit. If a visibly damaged outer package is delivered, customers are advised to refuse delivery immediately and inform us without delay.
NO EXCHANGES, STORE CREDIT, OR CANCELLATIONS
We do not offer exchanges for size, colour, model, or name variations. Store credit is not available, and order cancellations are not permitted once an order has been confirmed or dispatched.
INCORRECT ADDRESS AND DELIVERY FAILURE
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Any reshipping or return due to an incorrect address will incur additional charges. If an order is returned as undelivered, any applicable refund will be processed only after deducting logistics and handling costs.
FRAUD, MISUSE, AND CHARGEBACKS
Pathak Watch House reserves the right to investigate suspicious claims or chargebacks, reject requests involving misuse, false claims, or tampered products, and contest chargebacks found to be illegitimate.
LEGAL AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits rights granted under applicable Indian consumer protection laws. In cases of misrepresentation or statutory defects, applicable consumer law shall prevail.
POLICY UPDATES
Pathak Watch House reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will apply only to future orders and will be clearly updated on this page.
